💳 How does the payment process work after my purchase?

When you win an auction, you go through the following steps to complete your payment:

1. Overview of your purchases

You will see an overview of the items you have won.
These are grouped by delivery type and location.

2. Check your details

Review your billing and delivery details, as well as the total amount.
If anything is incorrect, you can still update your information.
Please make sure you pay with the correct account (personal or business). Once the payment has been completed, our customer service cannot make any changes to the invoice.

3. Confirm and continue

Accept the terms and conditions to proceed to payment.

4. Choose your payment method

You can choose from several payment methods, such as:

• Bancontact
• Bank transfer
• iDEAL
• Przelewy24

All payments are made in euros (€).

5. Complete your payment

Follow the steps of your selected payment method to finalize the payment.

6. Receive confirmation

After a successful payment, you will see a confirmation on screen and receive an email with the next steps.
