Payment process

Won a lot in the auction? Check out the steps to complete your payment process here:

Step 1: Go to www.vavato.com and click on "My Vavato" under "Account".

Step 2: Click on "Won" in "My Lots".

Then click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT".

Select all the tickets you wish to pay for and click on "CHECKOUT."

Step 3: Check that your personal information is correct and adjust where necessary. The information entered in the My Vavato account is displayed here. Is the information correct? Click on the golden button to continue.

Step 4: Tick if you agree to the terms and conditions to go to the payment page. Check that the information is correct. We cannot change this afterwards. If everything is correct: click on "AGREE & CONTINUE PAYMENT".

Step 5: The payment order is created and payment can be made immediately.

Would you like to receive an invoice in advance? At this step, choose "Bank Transfer" and then click "Request invoice".

Would you like to pay directly? Then choose another option (iDeal, Bancontact, Giropay) and after payment, the invoice will appear in your account.
