You are not available to come and pick the goods up yourself? No problem! You can contract a transporter to collect the items. Which documents do I need to bring? We try our best to make the pickup moment run as smoothly as possible. Therefore we ask you to keep the following documents at hand: Your invoice as proof of payment (paper or digital version).You receive your invoice automatically via email as soon as we receive your payment. Your ID card so we can identify you as the rightful buyer Are the goods packaged? Not all goods that are sold in our online auctions are packaged. Please keep in mind that if you want to transport your goods safely, we advise you to bring the necessary packaging materials (blankets, cardboard, etc).
