What if Vavato has not received my payment yet when picking up my won lots?

Every invoice must be paid 48 hours after the auction has been awarded or closed. The amount must be in Vavato's account when the goods are collected. Bear in mind that transfers from a foreign account number may take a little longer. Payment upon collection is not possible.

Contact Vavato customer service if your payment is delayed. You can then collect the goods at a later time.
