After payment, it is not possible to change the personal details on the invoice. Therefore make sure that the correct information is in your VAVATO account before you pay for the lots. The invoice will then include the correct information.
During the checkout we always ask to verify your data. Are the details incorrect? Go to your Profile. Here you can change the contact information and save it. After saving, it takes 30 minutes for the data to be processed and displayed correctly in the checkout. Therefore, please wait a while before restarting the payment process.
