We can assist you best if you provide us with the following information:
- he auction and lot number
- Photos of the lot
- Photos of the packaging
- A description of the complaint or issue
If you are picking up your lot and the item differs from the condition in the lot description, discuss it immediately on-site with one of our staff members.
