Can I have my lots delivered?

You can have your won lot(s) delivered in two ways:

Through our transport partner Auction Logistics
Consult their website

You can request a quote via the site:

Through a courier of your choice - available for every auction.
Of course, you can also choose to have a transporter or courier of your choice pick up the goods. The pickup is scheduled on the date and time specified in the lot description.
Make sure to inform our administration department that a courier will pick up your goods by sending an email to info@vavato.com with a copy of the reservation document you receive from the courier.

Ensure that the courier has the following documents:

• The invoice as proof of payment (paper or digital version). You will automatically receive the invoice by email after we have received your payment.
• A copy of your ID so that we can identify you as the buyer.
