You can have your won lot(s) delivered in two ways:
Through our transport partner, Top Speed - available for some auctions
You can find out if our transport partner Top Speed can be engaged for the delivery of your won lots through the 'AUCTION INFORMATION' button.
Click on AUCTION INFORMATION in the auction overview. Here, you can find the link to our partner if delivery is possible. Request a quote yourself to determine the cost of this transportation.
I want to have my won lots delivered
Have you won a lot? Then you have received an email from us with information about payment, pickup, and shipping. Using the button at the bottom of the email, you can quickly and easily request a quote for the delivery cost. If you agree with the price, respond to the email to confirm the quote, and Top Speed will contact you regarding the exact delivery date.
Through a courier of your choice - available for every auction.
Of course, you can also choose to have a transporter or courier of your choice pick up the goods. The pickup is scheduled on the date and time specified in the lot description.
Make sure to inform our administration department that a courier will pick up your goods by sending an email to info@vavato.com with a copy of the reservation document you receive from the courier.
Ensure that the courier has the following documents:
- The invoice as proof of payment (paper or digital version). You will automatically receive the invoice by email after we have received your payment.
- A copy of your ID so that we can identify you as the buyer.
